Welcome to Rebel Sprouts (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

Rebel Sprouts grows and sells fresh, lab-farmed aquaponic microgreens to culinary professionals, retailers, and individual customers. Our products are perishable and grown to order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Substitute products of equal quality if necessary

Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment; it confirms receipt of your request.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. For subscription customers, price changes will apply to future billing cycles.

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., approved wholesale invoicing terms).

Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of service.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within designated service areas in Massachusetts.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery. Rebel Sprouts is not responsible for improper storage after delivery.

5. Product Nature & Food Safety

Our microgreens are perishable agricultural products. While we adhere to strict cleanliness and quality standards:

  • Products should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery

  • Products should be consumed by the recommended date

  • Customers assume responsibility for proper handling after delivery

We are not liable for issues resulting from improper storage, cross-contamination, or misuse.

6. Refunds & Replacements

All refunds and replacements are governed by our posted Refund Policy. Due to the perishable nature of our products, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Subscriptions

For recurring deliveries:

  • Billing occurs on a recurring basis unless canceled

  • Changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery

  • Failure to cancel in time may result in the order being fulfilled and billed

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, branding, product names, logos, images, and marketing materials — is the property of Rebel Sprouts and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rebel Sprouts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebel Sprouts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Improper handling or storage of products

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of our products

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
