Rebel Sprouts Refund & Replacement Policy
At Rebel Sprouts, we take pride in delivering fresh, vibrant microgreens grown with intention. Because our products are fresh, perishable, and harvested to order, we handle refunds a little differently than non-food items.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Quality Concerns
If you believe your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or not up to our quality standards, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

Clear photos of the product

Your order number and delivery date
Our Resolution
Once reviewed, Rebel Sprouts may, at our discretion:

Issue a replacement product on your next scheduled delivery, or

Provide a partial or full credit toward a future order
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Storage & Handling Disclaimer
Refunds or credits cannot be issued for issues caused by:

Improper storage after delivery

Failure to refrigerate promptly

Use beyond the recommended shelf life
