Returns, Exchanges and Satisfaction Policy

At Rebel Farms, we're committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products that we're proud to stand behind.

Because many of our products are fresh, living, or perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If There's a Problem

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and, when possible, photos of the product so we can evaluate the issue quickly.

If we determine that your product arrived in unsatisfactory condition or that an error occurred with your order, we'll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled up to by noon on Friday before your scheduled delivery. Once harvesting, packing, or preparation has begun, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.
